WestGate Properties has partnered with CondoCerts to provide online access to homeowners association governing documents and other data for lenders, title/escrow companies, real estate agents and homeowners in need of information. Here’s how it works:

Register:

  1. Go to the website www.CondoCerts.com
  2. Follow the instructions in the First Time Users box to register.
  3. Write down the user ID and password you choose.
  4. CondoCerts will contact you to verify your information and activate your account (if you have selected the billing option).

Request Information:

  1. Go to www.CondoCerts.com.
  2. Enter your user ID and password in the Existing Users box and click “login”.
  3. Type in the name of the association. You can abbreviate: for example, “alma” for the Alma Compound Condominium Homeowner Association.
  4. Enter the city and state where the association is located (this step is required).
  5. This will bring you to a screen that will enable you to choose the type of information/product you require.

If you are requesting a Resale Disclosure you will be notified via email that your request is completed. After you receive the email, return to www.CondoCerts.com, login, and click on the Retrieve Completed button, and your Disclosure and any other documents you requested can be immediately printed or downloaded to your computer.
